This policy explains how Built By Joey Beans ("we" or "us") handles your information on builtbyjoeybeans.com.

What we collect

When you sign up for updates, we collect your email address. That's the only personal information we ask for.

How we use it

We use your email to send you project updates and marketing emails about Built By Joey Beans. By signing up, you agree to get these emails.

Who processes it

We store your email with MailerLite, the service we use to manage our list and send our emails. Your sign-up may be sent to MailerLite directly from your browser, so MailerLite can also see your IP address and browser type. MailerLite may record whether you open our emails or click their links.

When someone signs up, we also get a private notification with their email address in an internal team chat tool, so we know a signup came in. We don't use that notification for anything else.

We also use other service providers to run the site. For example, Cloudflare hosts the site and may process standard technical data, like your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Unsubscribe any time

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Click it any time and you'll stop getting our emails. To have your email address deleted or corrected, contact us below.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies, to count visits. The site doesn't set its own cookies, doesn't use advertising trackers, and doesn't track you across other websites. Because of that, it doesn't respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
